Programme corrections
State the date, time, venue and event concerned. For a correction, include an updated and verifiable source so the change can be checked before publication.
Participation and logistics
For proposals, include the activity, organisation, availability and a reply contact. For accessibility or travel questions, specify the evening and venue you intend to attend.
Historical archive
For photographs, posters or memories, provide the year, creator, provenance, people and places represented, and the rights available for online publication.
